AWS Cloud Solution Architect

A leading organisation is seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Solution Architect to join its technology team and play a key role in shaping modern cloud platforms. This position involves working with stakeholders to develop cloud strategies, design secure and scalable AWS solutions, and lead the technical direction of delivery teams.

What You’ll Do

• Develop cloud and hybrid architectures that meet business and technical requirements

• Define migration approaches for legacy systems moving to AWS

• Provide technical leadership across Agile delivery teams

• Build cloud-native services and integration patterns

• Embed DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code into solution delivery

• Drive cloud security best practices and cost optimisation initiatives

• Produce clear architecture documents, designs, and presentations

• Support technology evaluations and contribute to architectural governance

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in cloud architecture, with strong AWS expertise

• AWS certification or commitment to achieving one

• Proven track record designing and delivering complex cloud solutions

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Broad knowledge across applications, integration, data and infrastructure

• Experience with IaC (e.g., Terraform or CloudFormation) and CI/CD

• Understanding of cloud security and cost management principles
